Job Description
Responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all  promotional materials and marketing campaigns. Reports marketing and sales results  
to senior executives.
We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to supervise daily support  operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.
A great administration manager has excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently.  
The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.
You will report directly to the Director Admin/Marketing.

Responsibilities
● Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
● Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
● Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
● Ensure staff discipline  
● Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
● Manage schedules and deadlines
● Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
● Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
● Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians, mast riggers, Firewall Installers)
● Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
● Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
● Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
● Interviews, hires, and trains marketing staff members
● Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
● Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
● Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
● Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
● Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
● Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
● Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
● Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
● Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
● Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
● You will also oversee the operation of the Company's business centre

Requirement
● Proven experience as administration manager
● In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
● Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
● Proficient in MS Office
● An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
● A team player with leadership skills
● A driven marketer
● Ability to deliver market results in a challenging environment
● BSc/BA in business administration or relative field

Re-numeration
Your basic salary will be N100,000 with the potential to rise to N150,000 after your
probation, if you meet your key performance indicators within 6 months. You will also
earn bonuses for marketing results.
